2015 Quilts

My aunt messaged me on Facebook and asked me to make a few throws to go with her decor. She loves them. It was lots of fun picking out fabrics with her. :)  These are 18" square pillows

These cute little mug rugs are for a class at Joann's Fabric Store where I teach classes locally.

One of a set of twin memory quilts that I made from a special lady in Myrtle Beach. She used them to redecorate her spare bedroom. (approx 70x90")

Should probably replace this with the completed quilt, this is a very cute baby quilt that was later embroidered with the birth information after the baby way born. (approx 36" square)

A late Christmas present for my mother-in-law. She loves scotties!! (approx 60" square)

After the first sea turtle, this has become a favorite and you will see I have made many more in 2015. (toddler size 40x60")

A repeat customer had her son's baby clothes made into a memory quilt (approx 40x60") and added the family name instead of the child's - great idea.

The second Disney Princess themed quilt this summer - this was for a neighbor's daughter on her 6th birthday. All the little girls loved naming the princesses. (approx 40x60)

A little selfish sewing I did for myself. The Row by Row experience is a shop hop including over 2500 shops throughout US and Canada. I choose a beach theme obviously. (approx 60"x 60")

Another repeat customer - a memory quilt that came out AWESOME!! We used her soccer and basketball jerseys to make this colorful quilt and added her name for personality. (double approx 80x90")

And I told you, this was a great success - another turtle quilt but this time with a Seal of Guam. (approx 40x60)

And the latest turtle quilt!! Kaylen's quilt is actually 60" square. Beautiful colors!

Not the best picture of this quilt. A client contacted me and asked if we could incorporate her drawings of the Disney Princesses into a quilt. With a little help from a friend's embroidery machine, I was able to make a fantastic and sophisticated quilt for her. 

A cute little memory quilt - my first completed product from etsy!! The mother asked for a wall hanging and she got just that with the pockets and zippers intact. Finished size was approx 32"x32"

Another completed etsy sale, this is a larger rendition of my grand daughter's quilt. The client asked for Mickey and Minnie and a heart in the center to show his love for his wife. (approx 60x60") There are also two matching pillows not pictured.
